Description
The University of South Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide athletic uniforms, apparel, and supplies for a five-year contract period. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2031, with three one-year extension options. The vendor must be able to provide high-quality products and services, including screen printing and embroidery, and must have experience working with institutions of higher education similar in size and nature to the University of South Dakota. The vendor will be selected based on the quality of products and services, pricing structure, past experience, and references.
• The contract will cover various sports teams, including football, basketball, volleyball, and track and field.
• The vendor must be able to provide samples and meet with a representative of USD during the proposal evaluation period.
• The vendor must be able to package and ship products in a timely manner, with a preferred delivery time of ten days or less.
• The vendor must guarantee that packaging and shipping will provide adequate protection against damage and deterioration.
• The vendor must use the approved USD font, colors, and logos for all printed goods.
