This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive lighting and electrical upgrade at the JPP Golf Learning Center Driving Range in Lake Worth Beach, FL. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, permits, and supervision required to replace existing lighting fixtures, upgrade wiring, and meet current code requirements under Palm Beach County’s Annual Contract – Electrical Services. The contractor must complete the project within 180 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and adhere to strict liquidated damages and bonding requirements. A mandatory pre‑bid conference on September 2, 2026 is required, and bids are due by October 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
