AV Partner

The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is seeking a qualified and experienced audiovisual partner to design, install, and support AV systems across two locations in Champaign, Illinois. The selected vendor will provide a new AV system for the Training Room, extend the current sound masking system to newly renovated areas, and offer ongoing technical maintenance and support for existing AV systems. Key responsibilities include furnishing all necessary AV equipment, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The vendor should have at least five years of AV experience, licensed and certified AV technicians, and previous experience with similar projects. • The vendor will design and install an upgraded AV system for the Training Room. • The vendor will extend the current sound masking system to newly renovated areas. • The vendor will provide ongoing AV support for existing AV setups. • The vendor will furnish all necessary AV equipment, including projectors, screens, displays, audio systems, video equipment, cabling, accessories, and power components. • The vendor will deliver and install AV equipment according to project specifications. • The vendor will ensure all installations meet safety, accessibility, and operational standards. • The vendor will conduct testing and quality assurance prior to use. • The vendor will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. • The vendor will provide ongoing maintenance of AV equipment, including cleaning, firmware updates, and diagnostics. • The vendor will offer timely repair or replacement services, as necessary. • The vendor will maintain detailed service logs and inventory tracking.
