Three(3)Year Contract to Provide Labor, Materials, and Equipment for

Jefferson Parish is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment for the maintenance of plumbing systems and equipment throughout the parish. The contract will be for a period of three years, and the contractor will be required to provide troubleshooting, repair, and installation services, as well as perform quarterly vactor cleaning services. The contractor must hold a Louisiana State contractor's license and have experience in plumbing and mechanical work. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools and equipment. • The contractor will be required to respond to emergency calls within 24 hours and non-emergency calls within 48 hours. • The contractor will be required to obtain any necessary permits and pay for them. • The contractor will be required to provide a minimum 30-day warranty on all labor and materials. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
