Description
The American Embassy Mbabane in Eswatini requires preventive maintenance services for its chillers. The contractor will be responsible for performing semi-annual and annual maintenance tasks, including checking the unit for proper operation, running system diagnostics, and replacing expendable parts. The contractor must also provide trained technicians, tools, and materials to perform the maintenance tasks. The contract is for a period of one year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance.
