Description
Tennessee Tech University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for all overhead doors across its Cookeville campus and three off‑site locations. The contractor must supply skilled and unskilled labor on an hourly basis (rates must include all travel‑related costs), furnish parts at cost plus a 15 % markup, and obtain prior approval for any equipment rentals. The contract spans five years, with hourly labor rates firm for the first year and the possibility of annual price adjustments thereafter. Performance will be monitored by the university, and the contract may be terminated with 30 days notice.
