Description
The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is seeking a contractor to provide a 2-level (Foundational and Advanced) coaching program for school-level and above-school-level educators. The program should be aligned with DoWEA's Coaching Model and the latest edition of the book "Blended Coaching: Supporting the Development and Supervision of School Leaders." The contractor will be responsible for providing professional learning sessions, role-specific resources, facilitation preparation sessions, competency assessments, evaluation support, and technical support. The contract will have a 1-year base period with two 12-month option periods. The contractor will be required to provide a project plan, deliverables, and reports, and to participate in meetings and conferences. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
