Description
The Department of Fish and Game is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for the Bethel office. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks, such as mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting surfaces. The contract is expected to be a multi-year contract, and the contractor must have at least five years of experience providing janitorial services with facilities of similar scope.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The contractor must have a valid Alaska business license.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The contractor must provide a firm, unqualified, and unconditional offer to meet all the material terms of the ITB.
