The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to perform surface preparation and painting of structural steel elements on the 531‑foot North Ohio Street Bridge, including fences, barriers, railings, and multiple street‑light and pedestrian‑light poles. The work falls under KDOT Work Type Q for painting structural steel and requires pre‑qualification with KDOT. Bids must be submitted sealed by the deadline, and the city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
