Description
The Chippewa Valley Schools is seeking a bidder to provide server infrastructure and management services. The bidder will be required to submit a base proposal for virtual server infrastructure, as well as alternates for different sections of the work. The bidder must also include a sum of $30,000 in their base bid for owner-directed changes. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most favorable proposal, with the date of completion being a key consideration.
• The bidder must provide unit prices for different components of the work.
• The bidder must include all taxes and contributions required by their business in their bid.
• The bidder must provide a certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory surety bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid proposal price as guaranty.
• The bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of their bid proposal, if their bid is $50,000 or more.
