Description
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and service on multiple laboratory instruments at the CDPHE Laboratory Services Division. The goal of the project is to decrease downtime and ensure that the laboratory instruments are in working order and provide accurate test results for clients of the CDPHE laboratory. The contractor shall provide trained and certified maintenance and repair technicians, and shall submit a signed Annual Invoice Form. The contract will be governed by the State of Colorado Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
