Basketball Camps and Programs

The City of Bellevue is seeking a contractor to provide inclusive basketball day camps and programs for youth of all abilities at City facilities. The contractor will work with the City's Youth Health Fitness staff to offer day camps and classes on select dates and timelines. The contractor will be responsible for supervising and leading the programs onsite, ensuring participant safety, and providing all necessary equipment and supplies. The contract will be for a term of 5 years. Key responsibilities include: • Providing program description write-ups to City staff • Ensuring all participants are registered prior to participating in the camp/class • Reading and abiding by City policies and procedures • Ensuring all staff and volunteers have passed a background check • Providing a receipt to customers if charging a materials fee • Not promoting non-City programs during City programs • Ensuring all participants are treated equally and with respect • Informing City staff of any requests for accommodation or assistance • Working with City staff to provide modifications or additional supports for participants with disabilities
