Description
The Southwest Texas Junior College is seeking proposals for an HVAC project on their Uvalde campus. The project includes removing existing exhaust fans and unit heaters in the gym and locker room areas, furnishing and installing packaged rooftop units for the gym and split systems for the locker room, and providing a complete DDC system for the installed HVAC equipment. The project also requires supporting the existing roof structure to accommodate the weight of new rooftop equipment and providing new electrical service dedicated to serving the new HVAC equipment.
