Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is soliciting bids for a commercial-off-the-shelf network sniffer hardware and software solution. The solution should include incidental installation services, training, and maintenance. The network sniffer tool will be used to analyze network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and enhance network performance and security monitoring capabilities. The selected bidder will be required to provide a half-day of training for the Commonwealth at a mutually agreed upon date and time.
