Description
The VA is seeking a qualified construction contractor to execute Phases 2‑4 of the EHRM Training and Administrative Space Construction project at the St. Louis VA John Cochran campus. Work is limited to the first floor of Building 2 and includes upgrading power and data infrastructure, installing new flooring and wall finishes, renovating a small breakroom, a corridor, two offices, and a data closet with a new server rack and HVAC replacement. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, SDVOSB set‑aside, with a projected magnitude of $250‑$500 K and a performance period of roughly 150 calendar days.
