Description
The United States Attorney's Office (USAO), Southern District of New York, is seeking court reporting services for grand jury and/or depositions. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and the award is anticipated to be in August 2025. The contractor will be required to provide court reporting services, including recording and transcription of grand jury proceedings, and must comply with grand jury security measures and staffing accessibility requirements.
• The contractor must propose a minimum number of court reporters depending on location.
• The contractor must submit resumes of all prospective key personnel, along with professional references.
• The contractor must provide information on recording methods and equipment, as well as knowledge and implementation of grand jury security measures.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete online representations and certifications.
