The United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Alabama is seeking a small‑business firm to provide grand jury and deposition court‑reporting services under an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) time‑and‑materials contract. The award will be 100 % small‑business set‑aside and will cover one base year with four optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must staff at least three court reporters and three videographers per location, obtain Tier 4 High‑Risk Public Trust clearances, and meet stringent security requirements for handling grand‑jury material. Work includes providing various turnaround‑time transcript categories, attendance fees, travel reimbursement, and related deliverables, all billed on a T&M basis.
