Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking proposals for the installation of wired mesh partitions in the Hoover Building, Level B. The goal of this RFP is to select vendors capable of providing high-quality, secure, and durable modular mesh partitioning, all necessary connection hardware, and sliding security doors for various internal security cages, storage areas, and equipment enclosures within the facility. The contract will have an initial term of one year with options for renewals up to five additional one-year terms.
• The RFP includes requirements for technical and cost proposals, as well as terms and conditions for the contract.
• The contract will require the successful respondent to maintain insurance coverage and provide quarterly reports on sales made under the agreement.
• The state reserves the right to request more detailed information and to reject any or all proposals.
