WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

The City of New Port Richey is seeking bids for the construction of water system improvements. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to provide the owner with approximately 2,250 linear feet of 8-inch PVC and HDPE water main, 5,700 linear feet of 6-inch PVC and HDPE water main, miscellaneous piping, valves, associated piping appurtenances, connections to existing water systems, various service assemblies, and restoration of asphalt pavement, curbing, sidewalks, driveways, pavement marking, etc. The work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. • The project is located in the City of New Port Richey, Florida, with multiple project locations. • Bidders must obtain a set of bid documents from the engineer to be eligible to bid on this project. • Each bid must be submitted in triplicate and electronic .pdf format, accompanied by bid security in an amount not less than 5 percent of the base bid amount. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the contract.
