Retirement Financial Advisory Services

Gilbert Public Schools is seeking a qualified firm to deliver comprehensive retirement financial advisory and planning services to its approximately 4,000 employees. The selected advisor will educate staff on Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) benefits, assess individual retirement readiness, provide one‑on‑one counseling, conduct workshops, and produce educational materials—all at zero direct cost to the district. The engagement emphasizes objective, employee‑focused guidance while complying with state regulations and ensuring clear communication of the district’s role versus the advisor’s advisory scope. • Understand and explain ASRS pension rules, survivor benefits, and related public‑sector retirement options. • Evaluate each employee’s financial readiness and recommend strategies (403(b), 457(b), HSAs, Social Security, Medicare integration). • Deliver group workshops, webinars, and individualized counseling sessions. • Produce and maintain up‑to‑date educational content and tools. • Coordinate with the District Benefits Department for scheduling, reporting, and performance metrics. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable state and federal procurement regulations.
