Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the state-leased building located at 4720 Scruggs Station Road, Jefferson City, MO. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, and more. The vendor must have a minimum of two consecutive years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 10,300 square feet. The contract period is for one year, and the state agency may add or delete buildings or areas at any time during the term of the contract.

* The building is approximately 251,874 total square feet, with 10,367 square feet of office and restroom area, and 241,507 square feet of warehouse, print shop, and dock area.
