Security Guard Services

The City of Niagara Falls is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of security guard services. The selected vendor will provide professional security services at City Hall and the train station, or designated facilities on an as needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, uniforms, and equipment needed to provide the security guard services. The contract term is 3 years. • The contractor will provide unarmed and armed security guard services • The contractor will provide security services on an as-needed basis, with a schedule to be determined prior to contract award • The contractor will provide 24/7, business hours, or event-based security services • The contractor will maintain incident and daily activity reports, operate security and surveillance equipment, and follow all post orders provided • The contractor will ensure that all guards meet the minimum qualifications, including being licensed security guard company in the State of New York, having a minimum of 5 years of experience providing both armed and unarmed guard services, and having guards with current state security licenses and firearms permits (for armed positions)
