On-Call Program - Energy Project Management Oversight Services

University of Connecticut is establishing an on‑call professional‑services master agreement to provide Project Management Office (PMO) oversight for its energy‑conservation and sustainability projects across all UConn campuses. The university will solicit individual assignments (max $1 M each) during the contract term and will award work based on qualifications, experience, and hourly rates submitted in this RFQ.
