Description
The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide debt collection services for ambulance transport, fire prevention, and other services. The selected vendor will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts owed to the District, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The scope of work includes providing comprehensive debt collection services, maintaining required security certifications and internal controls, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CCPA, and other applicable regulations. The District is looking for a vendor with experience in delivering debt collection services, particularly for public agencies and medical-related collections.
• The vendor must demonstrate established experience in delivering debt collection services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• The vendor must provide a detailed work plan for the services listed in the scope of work.
• The vendor must include a minimum of three references for comparable public agencies receiving similar services.
• The vendor must detail their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and provide a narrative of their culture and operations.
• The vendor must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and identify any professional or personal financial or other interests that could be a possible conflict of interest.
