Description
The State of Michigan is seeking qualified vendors to supply full‑size vans, either equipped with a lift or without, to support agency transportation needs. Vendors must submit a detailed technical proposal, pricing schedule, insurance documentation, and a completed equipment checklist. Evaluation will be based 50% on product specifications, 25% on the vendor questionnaire, and the remaining 25% on general requirements, delivery timelines, and acceptance criteria. Only proposals scoring at least 80 technical points will be considered for price evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder offering the best overall value.

• Key dates: RFP issued Sept 21 2026; questions due Sept 28 2026; answer posting Oct 2 2026; proposal deadline Oct 19 2026 (1:59 p.m. EST).
• Evaluation: technical score ≥80 required; price evaluated thereafter; state may consider disabled‑veteran status.
• Post‑award: proposals become public records; contract value ≥$250,000 requires State Administrative Board approval.
