Description
The Naval Regional Contracting Center, Detachment Sigonella is seeking bids for SATCOM O&M services at Lago Patria. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order under Seaport-NxG. The offeror's initial proposal should contain their best terms from a Facilities Security Clearance, Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Cost/Price standpoint. The Government intends to award the task order without exchanges or negotiations. The offeror shall provide verification that it possesses an active Facility Clearance (FCL) at the Secret level at the time of proposal submission. The offeror shall also provide a written plan describing how it will continue to perform the essential contractor services during periods of crisis.
Some key points to consider:
• The contract is for a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods and a possible six-month extension.
• The offeror must have an active Facility Clearance (FCL) at the Secret level.
• The offeror must provide a written plan for continuing essential contractor services during periods of crisis.
• The offeror must submit a proposal that includes a Facilities Security Clearance/Essential Services plan, a Technical Approach, a Past Performance proposal, and a Cost/Price proposal.
• The Government reserves the right to consider past performance report forms received after the due date of the solicitation.
