MRI AC Unit

The Ann Arbor VA Medical Center requires one new Liebert A/C or equivalent unit in Building 1 East, MRI Control Room. The contractor shall provide all staff, management, supervision, labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to fully perform the required services. The scope of work includes installing a new Liebert A/C unit, removing and disposing of the existing equipment, and performing other related tasks. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security, safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for all materials and installation work. • The contractor must report to the Plumbing Shop Supervisor in Building 32 prior to work during normal working hours. • The contractor must follow all necessary OSHA guidelines and safety procedures. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions specified in the contract, including those related to payment, invoicing, and contract termination.
