Description
The Department of Housing & Community Development is seeking to purchase 75 Dell Pro 16 laptop computers to support agency staff operations. This procurement is limited to new, manufacturer-standard laptop hardware only and excludes software, services, and extended warranty coverage. The solicitation is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement and is limited to authorized Dell resellers holding an active Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract.
• The laptops must be new and unused.
• The Master Contractor shall not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
• The Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• Pricing provided in response to this PORFP must remain valid for at least ninety (90) calendar days after the proposal due date.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
