The Michigan Dept. of State is seeking a vendor to provide envelopes for their needs. The specifications of the envelopes are as follows: #10 special window - booklet, 24# white wove - full gum flap, 1 color - black, and the quantity is 600,000. The vendor will be required to provide a proof for approval before the final product is produced.
