Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide rental, delivery, setup, operations, technical support, and removal of audio/visual (A/V) equipment during the 2026 Eco Experience at the Minnesota State Fair from August 24, 2026, to September 9, 2026. The selected vendor will be required to provide equipment and services for the event, including staging and lighting, crew for delivery, installation, removal, and technical support.
• The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
• The vendor must submit their response through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by July 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
• The vendor must provide a price schedule and specifications for the equipment and services offered.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
