Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) seeks vendors to provide either wireline Ethernet or fixed‑wireless connections to a broad set of state sites across Washington. Vendors must already have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the appropriate technical addenda on file before participating. Bids must include a detailed cost model (recurring and non‑recurring costs) for each site, meet guaranteed install intervals, and satisfy site‑specific mandatory requirements. The award will be based on a composite score of cost, installation timeline, and the type of local loop (fiber, fixed‑wireless, or copper).
