Description
The Cape Cod Collaborative is seeking to lease a light vehicle maintenance facility to support its student transportation program. The contract will be for a three-year term with two optional one-year renewals, subject to appropriation. The facility must have a minimum of two maintenance bays, valid occupancy, fire inspection, and applicable certifications. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price.
Key requirements include:
• Minimum of two maintenance bays
• Valid occupancy, fire inspection, and applicable certifications
• Approved for vehicle maintenance use
• Additional maintenance bays should be priced separately
