Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide calibration services for twenty-three pieces of critical, high-precision electronic test and measurement equipment manufactured by Keysight Technologies. The contractor shall perform NIST-traceable calibration and adjustment services, and deliver a certificate of calibration along with pre-calibration and post-calibration measurement data reports. The contract will be for a five-year period, with a one-year base period and four option years. The contractor must be able to perform the services using OEM proprietary procedures and software to maintain equipment integrity and warranty.
• The contractor shall perform NIST-traceable calibration and adjustment services for twenty-three pieces of Keysight Technologies electronic test and measurement instruments.
• The contractor shall deliver a certificate of calibration, along with pre-calibration and post-calibration measurement data reports.
• The contractor must be able to perform unscheduled maintenance, including emergency repairs, complex diagnostics, and out-of-hours troubleshooting.
• The contractor must be able to provide non-standard replacement components and specialized hardware critical for restoration.
• The contractor must be able to provide rapid mobilization for unexpected equipment breakdowns or critical safety hazards.
