Gwinnett County’s Department of Fire and Emergency Services seeks a vendor to provide an annual supply of medical‑grade oxygen and carbon‑dioxide cylinders, including rental, refilling, and 24/7 emergency delivery services. The contract is a one‑year base term with four optional one‑year renewals, requiring compliance with FDA, CGMP, CGA, and NFPA standards, and the ability to service multiple fire‑station locations across the county within a 100‑mile radius. The vendor must maintain extensive insurance coverage and provide sample cylinders on request.
• Supply D‑size, M‑size, M6‑size oxygen cylinders and 20‑lb CO₂ cylinders meeting DOT and CGA specifications.
• Provide monthly rental fees, per‑fill rates, and 24‑hour emergency support with a 90‑day performance window.
• Deliver and swap cylinders at designated fire stations, maintain records of delivery, and meet insurance and regulatory requirements.
