Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking a partner to support students with disabilities as they transition from middle to high school. The selected firm will provide strategic support, develop resources for educators, and strengthen the capacity of school-based staff. The scope of work includes providing outreach and support for school-based and district-based staff, developing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and engaging in effective communication with NOLA Public Schools. The contract term will be for one year with an option to renew for two additional years.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
• Providing strategic support and outreach for school-based and district-based staff
• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with school-level personnel, district teams, and other key stakeholders
• Engaging in ongoing and effective communication with NOLA Public Schools and other relevant stakeholders
• Evidence of familiarity with the New Orleans educational landscape, including knowledge of the NOLA-PS system
• The selected firm will be evaluated based on their proposal, including their experience, qualifications, and cost-effectiveness.
