St. Charles County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide daily laboratory‑sample courier services between its Wentzville office and the State Public Health Lab in Jefferson City. The contractor must perform 7‑day‑a‑week pickups and deliveries (including holidays), transport sealed coolers with a chain‑of‑custody form, and guarantee quoted prices for 90 days.
