Roof-Top HVAC and Walk-in Cooler Replacements at Ft. Tuthill County Park

The project involves the replacement of four rooftop HVAC units and a walk-in cooler refrigeration system at Ft. Tuthill County Park. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing new packaged rooftop HVAC units, removing and disposing of existing equipment, and providing startup, test, and balance services. The walk-in cooler refrigeration system will be replaced with a new remote condensing unit, evaporator coil/fan assembly, and other necessary components. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local health, environmental, and safety laws and regulations. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 12th, 2026, at 10:00 am. • The contractor must submit a bid bond of 10% of the total bid price. • The awarded vendor will be required to submit a 100% payment and performance bond within 7 days after the award. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration and labor.
