Custodial Services - Zone 6

The San Bernardino County Project & Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide custodial services at twenty-seven County-owned locations in Zone 6. The contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years, starting on November 1, 2026, and ending on October 31, 2031. The County estimates a budget of between $5,600,000 and $6,100,000 for the completion of this work. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition • Supplying light, power, and water for the cleaning of the facilities • Providing designated spaces for trash disposal • Maintaining the facilities according to County standards, conditions, and methods • Providing on-call clean-up services within 2 hours of response • Performing additional services during elections at an hourly rate The proposal should include a detailed description of the proposer's experience, qualifications, and approach to providing custodial services, as well as a breakdown of the costs and pricing structure.
