James J. Eagan HVAC Replacement

The City of Florissant is seeking sealed bids from qualified HVAC contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing air-cooled chiller system at the James J. Eagan Community Center. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing chiller, rigging and placement of the new chiller, mechanical installation, electrical and controls, and system start-up. The contractor shall provide turnkey installation and ensure that all equipment is new, factory-authorized, and AHRI-certified. • The chiller must meet or exceed the specified requirements, including a cooling capacity of ~142.6 tons and a refrigerant of R-32. • The contractor must provide a one-year maintenance agreement and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the contract documents and applicable codes. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the successful bidder must execute and deliver an agreement in the prescribed form within ten days after such agreement is presented.
