Construction Cost Data and Estimation Software

The U.S Government Accountability Office is seeking a vendor to provide construction cost data and estimation software. The software should be equal to or better than the Brand Name RSMeans Online software offered by The Gordian Group, Inc. The contract will be for a base year with four 12-month option periods. The vendor should provide pricing for all Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) as specified in the solicitation.
