Description
The City of Bowling Green, Missouri is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build a new terminal building and associated site improvements at the Bowling Green Municipal Airport. The scope covers mobilization, traffic control, excavation, utilities, structural concrete, interior finishes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, exterior cladding, parking lot construction, signage, and related site‑preparation tasks. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid, fixed‑price basis and is subject to Federal funding requirements, Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules, and Buy‑American certifications. The work must be completed within 190 calendar days after issuance of the Notice‑to‑Proceed.
• Complete design‑build of a new airport terminal building, including foundation, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes.
• Site work encompassing grading, pavement (PCC and asphalt), drainage, water main installation, parking lot construction, signage, and landscaping.
• Mandatory bonding: 5 % bid security, 100 % performance and payment bonds; compliance with DBE, OFCCP, Davis‑Bacon, and Buy‑American regulations.
• Bid submission deadline: 2:00 p.m., April 16, 2026; bid documents available onsite and via Drexel Technologies.
• No pre‑qualification required; award contingent on receipt of Federal Block Grant funding.
