51st Year CDBG Mickel Park Lighting Improvements

The City of Wilton Manors is seeking a contractor to upgrade lighting in Mickel Park as part of its 51st‑year CDBG initiative. The work is split into two base bids: (A) a walkway lighting retrofit that requires removal of 20 existing decorative fixtures, disposal, pole preparation, and installation of 20 new LED area lights with wiring, sensors, and commissioning; and (B) a turnkey security‑lighting installation that calls for four motion‑activated LED security lights, complete electrical conduit, wiring, breakers, and integration with existing power sources.
