Description
Transylvania University is seeking suppliers to establish price contracts for a full range of copier and specialty printing paper. The university intends to award at least one contract to a vendor whose primary facility is located in central Kentucky (Fayette County or contiguous counties). The contract will be a “one‑stop” shop delivering high‑quality copier paper (20 lb and 24 lb), colored copier paper, cardstock (65 lb), and related products, either directly or through subcontractors. The university reserves the right to award no contract.
• Required products: 20 lb & 24 lb copier paper, colored copier paper (20 lb), 65 lb cardstock, and related paper accessories.
• Vendor location requirement: primary facility must be in Fayette County or neighboring counties.
• Delivery model: vendor serves as a single source for all paper needs, handling in‑house production or subcontracting as needed.
