Ground Ambulance Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide ground ambulance services at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide advanced life support, basic life support, and critical care transport services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a possible extension. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed pricing schedule, including rates for each type of service. The government is looking for a single award to a small business concern. • The contractor must be licensed and authorized to provide ambulance services in the Washington DC area. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to provide advanced life support and critical care transport services. • The contractor must be able to provide services 24/7, including weekends and holidays. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed invoice for each transport, including the type of service provided, the mileage, and the waiting time. • The contractor must be able to provide a run sheet to the destination facility for each transport.
