Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking bids for the provision of luxury dressing room trailers for the 2026 Marina Summer Concert Series. The trailers will be used for four events, taking place on July 18, July 25, August 8, and August 15. Bidders must provide a unit price for each event, as well as prices for pre/post cleaning, onboard generator fuel charges, and other services. The County reserves the right to reject any bid that does not fully comply with the instructions.
• The bidder must provide luxury dressing room trailers with a single cast pop (LS) or equal.
• The bidder must deliver the trailers to Burton Chace Park in Marina Del Rey, CA.
• The bidder must provide pre/post cleaning and onboard generator fuel charges.
• The bidder must provide prices for all services, including delivery, pickup, and cleaning.
• The County will evaluate bids based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
