82625P0010-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR TEMPORARY RESTORATION OF HOUSING

The New York City Mayor’s Office of Housing Recovery Operations (HRO) is seeking to engage up to five qualified construction firms to provide construction services for temporary restoration of housing. The selected contractors will be required to perform construction on one-to-four unit residential buildings to make limited repairs necessary to restore habitability, such as heat, hot water, and electrical services. The contractors will be expected to rapidly mobilize, deploy, and demobilize operations with scalability in crisis situations.
