Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is seeking information from potential contractors for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. The services will be provided under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a master dollar limit of $500,000. The BPA will have a duration of three years, and individual purchases under the BPA will not exceed $35,000. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to execute the services. The Pittsburgh District jurisdiction includes 22 navigation locks and dams and 16 multi-purpose flood-damage reduction reservoirs in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

• Interior plumbing repairs and installation
• Exterior plumbing repairs and installation
• Sewage lift station system repairs, servicing, installation, and related electrical services
• Underground water and sewer line leak detection
• Trenching and excavation of underground water and sewage lines
• Cleaning and inspection of underground sewage lines
• Natural gas, propane, and electric water heater repairs, servicing, installation, and related electrical services
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repairs, servicing, installation, and related electrical services
• Natural gas, propane, fuel oil, and electric heating system repairs, servicing, installation, and related electrical services
• Heat pump repairs, servicing, installation, and related electrical services
• Mini split system repairs, servicing, installation, and related electrical services
• HVAC controls and thermostats repairs, servicing, installation, and related electrical services
• Ductwork repairs, servicing, and installation
• Ductwork cleaning
