Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive serial subscription services for Brookhaven National Laboratory’s research community. The contractor will manage the full lifecycle of domestic and foreign serials—including journals, databases, technical reports, and government documents—across electronic, print, and other formats. Responsibilities include ordering, renewing, invoicing, reporting, providing a web‑based subscription management system, handling claims, and delivering customer support and training. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year unilateral options.
• Provide “lowest applicable publisher” pricing for all new and renewal subscriptions.
• Deliver monthly, itemized invoices sortable by ship‑to and account, and exportable renewal review lists.
• Supply an online subscription management platform with searchable catalogs, order entry, claim processing, and export capabilities (Excel/CSV).
• Offer up to five virtual instructor‑led training sessions and maintain a help‑desk (9 am‑4 pm ET, M‑F).
