BMC Control M Software Subscription & Support

The State of Maryland’s Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is seeking renewal licenses and support services for its existing BMC Control‑M scheduling platform under a secondary competition to the COTS 2012 Master Contract. Only vendors who are current Master Contractors on the COTS 2012 contract (060B2490021) may submit. The scope includes provision of software licenses (multiple product SKUs with quantities ranging from 1 to 450), installation/training (none required), and a one‑year warranty/maintenance renewal for each product. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by 2:00 PM ET on 8 Sep 2026. Small‑business preference rules apply, giving a price advantage to qualifying small businesses.
