Physical Safety & Security Assessment & Training

The Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority is seeking a vendor to provide physical safety and security assessment and training services. The vendor will conduct a workplace safety and risk assessment, identify potential hazards and risks, and provide recommendations for remediation. The vendor will also deliver employee training on safety protocols, including emergency procedures, use of safety equipment, and reporting incidents or hazards. The contract is expected to last for approximately four months, from May 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. • The vendor must be approved under State Blanket contract FAC115, Category 1, Security Services. • The vendor must have experience in performing safety and risk assessments and providing safety training. • The vendor must be able to demonstrate its ability to communicate effectively with the Health Connector's staff and leadership. • The vendor must be able to provide a comprehensive report of its findings and recommendations. • The vendor must be able to deliver employee training on safety protocols.
